Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Duties
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance concerns promptly
Skills
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Experience with using an ohmmeter and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques
- Ability to weld and work with logic controllers
- Strong supervisory skills to oversee maintenance projects effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
