Maintenance Supervisor

Chateau By the Sea is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful beachfront property in Panama City Beach, FL.
Description of the Role:
The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor at Chateau Beachfront Resort, BW Signature Collection is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of the hotel. They will supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians
Inspect hotel facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program
Handle any urgent repair requests and resolve maintenance-related issues
Maintain records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Train and mentor maintenance team members

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
