Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of the property, maintain the pools, supervise one tech and one cleaner. Light plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry and HVAC skills are desired. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of condominium maintenance. Ability to coorinate with outside service providers will be helpful.
Duties

• Supervise and manage the maintenance and cleaning team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of condo units and common area equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Train team members on best practices in safety protocols and maintenance procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in condomium maintenance with a some background in electrical, and plumbing knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure.
