We're your local roofing and construction contractor proudly serving the Panama City area. Currently, we're on the lookout for a key team member to join us.
We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator and Front Desk Manager who exudes confidence in interacting with our customers. We aim to welcome someone onto our team who embodies friendliness, punctuality, and professionalism, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth within our company for the long term. The ideal candidate should possess excellent multitasking abilities, thrive under pressure and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Quick Books desktop software.
Duties:

• Conduct general clerical duties: Greeting visitors and managing calls from customers, receive mail, Filing, scanning documents and upload them into our software, responding to emails and to assist on preparing documents and contracts.
• Data input and spreadsheet.
• Issue and send invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and customers about invoices and payments.
• Gather invoices to be paid weekly.
• Schedule weekly staff meetings.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
• Assisting with events and maintaining office supplies.
• Maintain smooth communication with upper management.

Your role will also include to offer vital support to our Accounting team if needed, We're looking for candidates with solid experience in Quick Books desktop – it's a must-have! Please note that we require a minimum of two years' experience to be considered for the position.
Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Previous construction experience (a plus, but not required)
• Bilingual (a plus, but not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
