We are looking for someone who believes in quality eyewear tailored to each individual patient. An optical assistant who is comfortable keeping frame boards organized and well stocked. Someone who has a friendly personality with good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Make the patient feel comfortable through the process of purchasing lenses from our store.
• Be able to make adjustments and help with frame style selection as needed.
• Check in optical jobs and notify patients when their order is ready.
• Be able to discuss insurance co-pays, warranties, and other Panama City Eye Care policies with patients in a knowledgeable and effective manner
• Maintain product inventory in our software system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Be willing to help in other office roles as needed including but not limited to: answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, and verifying patient insurance
