Duties
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Meet with customer and remain the POC for the length of the job.
- Utilize construction estimating software to create comprehensive cost estimates
- Research and obtain pricing for materials, equipment, etc
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers t
- Prepare bid proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with project teams to provide ongoing cost control and value engineering suggestions
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Comfortable with computers, programs, phone use
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Pay is based off of performance

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
