As a Fence Installer, you will work closely with our production team to install high-quality fencing in a customer-oriented fence-building business. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying concerns, issues and opportunities and working with the team to resolve them. A successful applicant will have a proven track record of working well with others, holding the highest standards for their work, tenacity in overcoming obstacles and a commitment to providing great service.
Responsibilities:

• Install fences, gates, and other barriers.
• Be able to follow directions from Foreman on crew
• Communicate customer needs as the job evolves to Superintendent
• Be able to lift and carry 100 lbs.
• Perform fence repair work as needed.
• Trim trees that may interfere with fence installation.
• Understand OSHA safety regulations.
• Work with a small team
• Positive Attitude, Willingness to learn, being on time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
