Job Summary
At Koala Insulation of Panama City, we are looking for a motivated individual who is skilled in insulation installation. Experience applying spray foam is an added bonus and comes with greater income potential. This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality insulation services in attics and crawl spaces within a 2-3 hour radius of Greater Panama City.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that the rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
• Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and battes) and consistently performs quality checks.
• Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.
• Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customers. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
• Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Communicates any issues or needs to the Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent time management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED (Required)
• Prior experience in construction, specialty contracting, or insulation (Required)
• Background in insulation (Highly Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
