Borusan Berg Pipe is the leading manufacturer of large-diameter steel line pipe in North America. We are a mid-sized manufacturer with two U. S. locations specializing in pipe production for the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a full-time Sales Analyst for our Panama City, Florida location.

• Evaluate, analyze, interpret and provide critical information in support of sales decisions, by utilizing various business reports and metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of the products manufactured as well as the marketing philosophy that is employed in selling each product.
• Develop and maintain knowledge about the functional uses of our products, the markets to which they are sold, the composition of our customer base, and the profiles of our customers.
• Develop sales quotations for customers and examine for return on investment.
• Implement the sales contract administration process.
• Coordinate with production, transportation, quality, procurement, and accounting departments to ensure proper quotation preparation.
• Maintain and further develop relationships with current customers.
• Collect and analyze appropriate information to respond to management’s inquiries in a timely manner.
• Organize meetings for customer visits to the mills for plant tours, in response to customer requests.

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge of raw materials, productions processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics and sales control systems.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of one-year relevant work experience reflective of the skills, abilities and knowledge contained in this description.
• Manufacturing experience reflective of the reflective of the skills, abilities and knowledge contained in this description. (Preferred)
• Experience using SAP (Preferred)
