Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their golf cart needs, providing expert guidance, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their golf cart requirements.
● Showcase our range of golf carts and accessories, highlighting features and benefits.
● Conduct test drives and demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
● Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
● Follow up with potential customers and build lasting relationships.
● Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
● Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or automotive setting.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Customer-focused with a genuine desire to assist and provide excellent service.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
● Basic knowledge of golf carts or a willingness to learn.
