Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic Sales professional not intimidated to make 30+ cold calls daily, and 60+ hour work weeks. If you are a salesman wanting salary only, this is NOT the job for you. We offer great commission on monthly sales with no caps, so you must be a motivated salesman to earn more!
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize and learn our programs to better assist customers.
- Make daily cold calls to earn customer retention and increase sales.
- Be willing to work past a normal 40 hour work week and be a top earner.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
Requirements
- Experience in equipment sales is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills is a must!
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is beneficial

Starting pay is based on experience! There is a TON of room to grow for top earners!

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
