Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Site Safety Health Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of occupational health standards, risk management, and compliance management to create a safe working environment for all employees. Candidate must have EM-385-1 Certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for risk management and compliance management.
- Maintain records related to occupational health, workers' compensation claims, and environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics and report on compliance status.
Per Diem Available if qualified

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
