Duties
- Provide administrative support to the program by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation
- Assist in budgeting and financial management activities, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Contribute to program development by researching and implementing new strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners to facilitate access to resources and support
- Supervise and provide guidance to support staff, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficient in program management and budgeting

Pay: $21.07 - $22.48 per hour
