La posición tiene como función principal velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de sell out de la compañía en todos sus canales de venta.

FUNCIONES

• Maximizar las ventas en los puntos de venta (Sell Out) para poder cumplir orgánicamente con los objetivos de venta (sell in) y rentabilidad de SBD a nivel nacional.
• Basado en el análisis de data (disponible y por levantar) y detrás del profundo conocimiento de nuestros clientes, compradores, usuarios finales, y de los equipos de negocio de SBD, diseñar y ejecutar con excelencia.
• Segmentar los distintos tipos de clientes, por canal y geografía.
• Co diseñar y ejecutar con excelencia un portafolio adecuado, la estrategia de precio, el planograma estándar (y/o Cat Man), y el plan promocional, por segmento de cliente.
• Liderar a los equipos de trade marketing de agencia (Promotores, Mercaderistas, Demostradores) para tener una ejecución impecable de los fundamentales de venta y siempre superior al de la competencia.
• Planes conjuntos anuales con los clientes para mejorar sus capacidades y resultados
• Soportar el crecimiento para la expansión de nuevos clientes, nuevas zonas geográficas y penetración de portafolio.
• Manejo y control del presupuesto
