Everwork is looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer based in the Philippines to join our remote team. You will be working directly with Strikepoint, a leading digital marketing agency in the USA, contributing your expertise in motion graphics to create engaging content for a variety of clients.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and can bring dynamic visual ideas to life using Adobe After Effects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate with the Strikepoint team to design and develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, ads, and social media.
• Work on both video and motion-based projects, ensuring alignment with client branding and goals.
• Develop animations that complement video footage, including green screen compositions and live-action integrations.
• Optimize animations for different platforms, including web, social media, and mobile.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of animation, typography, composition, and storytelling techniques.
• 2D graphic design skills are a major plus.
• Experience working on digital marketing or advertising projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing and compositing techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing assets and deliverables.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
• 3D motion graphics experience (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a bonus, but not required.

Education:

• No formal degree required, but relevant experience and a strong portfolio are essential.
