Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements
Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by landlords/ contractors/ consultants
Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time
Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process
Responsible to match drawing and measurement to actual installation at project site
Provision of accurate cut list for purchase of materials and to inspect purchases material delivered to project site
Responsible for timely submission of weekly progress report
To work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design or any other related field.
Must have 3-5 years of drafting experience with strong analytical skills.
Experience in projects relevant to hotels, condominium building, and other similar hospitality facilities is a must.
Must be well-versed in the knowledge and use of Autocad and Sketchup for large projects.
Must be well-versed in the knowledge and use of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge in other designing software like Enscape will be an advantage
Ability to speak and write English (for coordinating w/ regional teams)
Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous with attention to details.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Results-driven with a can-do attitude.
