Job Requirements:
- Agency Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a project management or implementation role within an agency or team, overseeing client projects
- Operational Expertise: Proven track record of building systems and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and mentor teams, driving alignment and achieving business objectives.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Expertise in identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical, data-driven solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Go High Level, or similar CRM systems, and other operational software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Operations Management: Oversee PM or CRM system build projects for multiple clients at a time.
- System Implementation: Lead the execution of internal systems, including software tools that improve operational efficiency and team performance.
- Client Engagement: Act as a consultant for clients, focusing on streamlining their business operations and helping them achieve growth goals.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational plans to align with client business goals and KPIs.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess key metrics to ensure client agencies are on track with operational benchmarks.
