SOS is an Australian-owned BPO with branches in Makati and Cavite, looking to hire a Motion Designer to join the pioneering team in the Philippines for our client, a multinational Digital Agency. The successful candidates must be willing to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
Create Motion Graphics
Develop and execute captivating motion graphics, including animation of still graphics and
logos, create original motion graphic designs and animatics for various channels and
platforms, as well as update and modify graphic templates to execute required assets.
Editing Mastery
Use high levels of expertise in Premiere to assemble and edit footage into polished final
cuts, ensuring alignment with project briefs and creative direction.
Animation Expertise
Work closely with Senior creatives and creative directors to support campaigns, launches
and initiatives using After Effects and other FX platforms to produce high-quality animations
that enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate closely with our creative studio as well as teams across the business from
marketing to product to deliver targeted video and motion content, assets, and kits.
Participate in brainstorms with creative leads to contribute ideas and concepts. Additionally,
identify where designs can be elevated with motion or animation.
Visual storytelling
Be an expert at visual storytelling across the business and contribute to maintenance and
evolution of clients motion identity
Stay on trend
Stay up-to-date with the latest animation and design trends. Experiment with new methods
and solutions and bring fresh ideas to the table
Manage Post-Production Workflow
Contribute to the post-production pipeline, including media ingestion, syncing, and
organising project files.
Prepare Deliverables
Ensure all final deliverables meet technical specifications and are ready for distribution
across social media channels, digital paid media placements and digital OOH channels.
Understands file compression, ideal export specifications, and delivery to multiple media
formats.
Adhere to Deadlines
Work efficiently within tight deadlines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in motion design with over 5 years experience, showcased through a
• diverse portfolio that reflects a deep mastery of design and animation principles.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

• Excellent communication.
• Comfortable in collaborating seamlessly across various functions, driving projects forward with both speed and strategic purpose.
• Proven passion for developing engaging, memorable content.
• Proficient in visual design, with a strong ability to craft compelling storyboards and design

frames.

• Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team
• Full time onsite work at Makati office

Required platform experience:

• Adobe Suite incl.
• Premiere
• After Effects
• Adobe Animate
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Ideally some familiarity with: Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
