Overview
SOS is an Australian-owned BPO with branches in Makati and Cavite, looking to hire Creative Designers to join the pioneering team in the Philippines for our client, a multinational Digital Agency. The successful candidates must be willing to work onsite.
Responsibilities:

• Step up and take creative ownership of a range of clients
• Reporting into and supporting the senior creatives and creative director
• across a range of outputs
• A strong ability to analyse and guide creative design across a range of disciplines including branding and marketing, and managing the rollout of each.
• Critical thinker that influences approach to each kind of brief and brand, whilst being able to think above and beyond
• Excellent foundational digital design skills that are applicable across the major disciplines of branding, marketing and design execution
• Execute and deliver designs and creative on time and on brief
• Show your strong knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, but also display your ability to adapt and leverage emerging technologies to elevate your ideas.
• Display best practices across the full range of digital marketing channels
• Push creative thinking across a range of clients and briefs
• You’re a creatively driven individual, with a passion to show your unique approach to design
• Can clearly articulate your approach to a brief to push it above and beyond when and where it makes sense, and justify it accordingly from a creative point of view
• Have a solid understanding of the good/better/best approach
• Strive for creative excellence on all outputs
• Being detail-oriented when completing projects:

• A keen eye for design aesthetics making sure there's consistency across clients

• Effectively research and provide solutions to a problem

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Minimum 4 years of work proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role
• Prior experience working within an agency environment
• Strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy and thrives on challenges
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with design platforms such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira and Confluence
• Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team

Experience:

• Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)
