Position:ACCEPTANCE ENGINEER (Globe MW)
Location:BGC
Job Qualification:
1. Responsible for acceptance, and completes acceptance task KPIs per region
2. Define project acceptance procedure & document standard & document format; Collect and prepare the acceptance document
3. Follow up the progress of the acceptance document approval
4. Collect and prepare the billing document
5. Document quality control
6. Document collection, systemize, scanning, conservation
7. Manage document read permissions & propagation permissions
Job Requirement:
1. Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/ Archives Management or equivalent
2. More than 1 year experience in acceptance engineer or document management
3. Familiar with Globe MW work
4. Experience in quality management, document management, and acceptance management is preferred; with Globe acceptance system experience is an advantage
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in English language
7. Clear regulations, strong document editing ability, organization, and communication ability
8. Work Assignment: BGC
9. Willing to work from Mondays-Saturdays and extended hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
