Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for promoting the products and services of the company to target clients.
2. Generates new lease/loan business from existing and new clients while maintaining acceptable portfolio quality and aligned with the profit goals and business plans of the company.
3. Maintains good, profitable and mutually beneficial relationship with clients and business partners.
4. Ensures all transaction, including other requests of clients related to it are handled properly, following existing policies and procedures (including compliance to regulatory policies and procedures), and that requirements are complied with throughout its lifecycle.
5. Coordinate with team members, other departments and business partners for assistance in the fulfillment of client transactions.
6. Identify/understands risks, executes actions to manage and control risks as a frontline risk owner in the organization.
7. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of a 4-year business course.
2. With 2-3 years of experience in sales in the field of banking or any financial institution preferably in leasing industry.
3. With sales promotional skills.
4. Currently working and/or residing in Bicol Region, preferably Legaspi City, Albay.
5. Preferably, knows how to speak and understand Bicol dialect
6. Candidate is anticipated to make extended business trips to promote leasing business in Bicol region.
7. Willing to be train in Makati Manila for 2-3 months. Housing accommodation will be shouldered by the employer.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
