We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-level account management activities
including but not limited to renewals, software maintenance tasks, building the pipeline, data
entry and more. The resources will be responsible for ensuring a high rate of customer
retention and satisfaction and will be required to have excellent communication skills,
strong understanding of the products and services and are not afraid to ask questions.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests for information, documents, and other accounts management changes or inquiries
  • Ensure customer’s concern is addressed by cross-departmental coordination
  • Perform manual research on legacy data and understand the support action needed on each subscription
  • Analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for customer contracts.
  • Establishing a framework and process to track, manage, and maximize renewal contracts
  • Contacting and following up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process
  • Verify data by comparing it with other data sources
  • Help track Sales prospects as they move from one stage to the next
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives.
  • Weekly forecasting on pipeline creation, progression, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to drive success (i.e., Channel, BDRs, etc).
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and renew existing subscriptions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline necessary to hit your sales targets through proactive outbound Calling
  • Execute outbound sales strategy to drive Renewals for existing/expiring subscriptions
Qualifications:
  • At least a graduate of Senior high school or High school old curriculum
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office and GSuite applications i.e. GSheet, GSlides
and more
  • Ability to use reason to analyze problems, assess facts, and come up with solutions
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to analyze numbers effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce and alike
  • Familiarity with Stripe and Heat tools is a plus
  • Flexibility to work early hours, evening hours, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Proactive, energetic, and happy to work with
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
