Job Description:

• Prepares disbursement vouchers for payment requests on utilities, claims benefits, refunds, reimbursements & other payables;
• Prepares schedules of expenses for Financial Statements preparation;
• Monitors regular monthly payables;
• Receives and segregates documents transmitted to Accounting Department and coordinates the same to the assigned Accounting Personnel;
• Performs monthly bank reconciliation;
• Checks documents attached to Revolving Fund & Petty Cash Fund in accordance to the petty cash fund & revolving fund policy and prepares expense summary;
• Performs other task as may be required by immediate superior and/or higher management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate to at least 1 Year of working experience.
• Preferably with experience in accounting and/or audit.
• With CPA license is a plus
• Must be willing to work in Quezon City
• Must be willing to be transferred to other 1CISP Offices (North Luzon, Iloilo, Davao, Cagayan de Oro) in the future

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON THE APPLICANT'S QUALIFICATIONS.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
