Founded in 2015, Quad X is a leading e-commerce logistics company in the Philippines. We're the company behind Gogo Xpress (an online payment and delivery tool for social sellers) and Shipping Cart (a cross-border shipping service connecting the US, Korea, Japan, and UK to the Philippines and Malaysia).

Role Overview


Support the accounting department with financial and administrative tasks, including organizing documents, filing, data entry, and maintaining records and databases. Assist in preparing accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your role is crucial in contributing to the organization's overall financial health and success.


What You'll Do:

• Strong participation in the reconciliation of all related remittances
• Assisting in the collection of all outstanding receivables which includes making collection calls and other applicable communications
• Assisting in the process and monitoring of incoming payments through verifying bank credit and on-time posting & application of receipts in
• compliance with the company’s policies, procedures & guidelines
• Assisting in monitoring and maintaining accounts of clients by addressing billing concerns, including performance of reconciliations and application of necessary adjustments
• Assisting in the detailed review and reporting of Quad X Revenue
• Assisting in booking necessary Journal Entries (JE) and adjustments
• Assisting in reconciling monthly bank statements
• Performing other tasks as required

What You'll Need:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, financial management or any other related field
• With at least 6-month to 1 year of experience in the same position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Competency with Oracle Netsuite system and other accounting tools
• Basic data entry skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with math and calculations
• Good listening and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Willingness to work long hours, when necessary
• Able to work closely with others in a team environment
• Able to work independently, self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
