QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Attainment: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
Work Experience: Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance, General Accounting or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
• Knowledge in Quick books software
• Knowledge in Financial Statement
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Word/Power Point and Excel
• Experience in manufacturing field is a plus.
• Have a good Communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of financial reports
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post
• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
• Preparing statutory accounts
• Other duties and responsibilities which management will assign
