Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable to join our Finance Team. As the Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable process and ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including contact details and payment terms.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during invoice processing.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required.
- Support the Finance Manager in the implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Adher to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to financial operations and internal controls.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.(Fresh Grad Are welcome to Apply)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAP.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
