Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Supervisor to join our Banquet Department team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet-related tasks are executed flawlessly. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, meticulous, and possesses a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all banquet-related operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared accurately and to the highest standard.
- Check if all banquet set up is complete and visually appealing prior to the event start time.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, utensils, and condiments are fully stocked and ready for use.
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the banquet areas.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with banquet team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a banquet supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact with members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
