Job Title: BANQUET WAITER (On-Call)
Reports to: BANQUET HEAD
Primary Function: Banquet Waiters will report to the Banquet Supervisor and will partner closely with the sales and food & beverage departments to ensure the banquet operations can meet the demands of the clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with Banquet leaders to ensure a swift and systematic service in functions.
2. Ensure that assigned banquet service details and tasks are executed in designated areas.
3. Assist in ensuring that the events are on time. Make adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel.
4. Review Event Orders at the beginning of each shift to ensure room are set as contracted. Confirm and setup equipment needs to contract for the event as instructed by Banquet Managers, Supervisors and Captain Waiters,
5. Assist in the collaboration with Sales and Food & Beverage departments to ensure a successful execution of food services in the event.
6. Be an active liaison between the guests and other hotel staff to ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining company procedures and complying with company policies.
7. Maintain all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, safe environment.
8. Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guest to Banquet Leaders.
9. Responsible for function room setups, arrangement, clearing, and dish-outs during events.
10. Responsible for the monitoring of designated function halls during third party setups conducted by outside engagers.
11. Other duties that may be assigned within the Banquet Department.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Php480.00 - Php500.00 per day
