Accounting Clerk (AP)
Job description
It’s the responsibility of an accounts payable clerk to review, reconcile, and pay the Company's bills in a timely fashion.
Accounts Payable Clerk Job Responsibilities:
Prepares invoices and checks for payment to internal stakeholders such as cash advances of employees, reimbursements, petty cash replenishments etc.
Prepares invoices and checks for payment to external stakeholders (clients and suppliers).
Ensures that all prepared checks are complete with corresponding attachments such as purchase order, contract, sales invoices and delivery receipts before proceeding with disbursement or payment to suppliers or clients.
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Analyzes payment trends and adjusts according to monthly expenditures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
