BAKERY SUPERVISOR Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong background in managing bakery operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily bakery operations and staff.
Ensure all products meet quality and consistency standards.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Train and mentor bakery staff.
Develop and implement new recipes and products.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage budget and control costs.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs.
Prepare reports on production and sales.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bakery Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ability to develop and implement new recipes.
Proficiency in using bakery equipment and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
College diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Passion for baking and creating high-quality products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
