Job Summary
Accounting Supervisor will be in-charge on overseeing the daily accounting operations, overall transaction of Accounting Department such as bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Assist the Accounting Manager in establishing and maintaining accounting/monitoring of project related billings, collection, application of payment, and recoupment of advances from clients monitoring
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
• Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
• Supervising and providing overall guidance to account clerks as well as junior accounting staff.
• Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances.

What are the Qualifications?

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
• Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, and chief or senior accountant.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willing to work onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
