- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting and financial records

- Detail-oriented
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate authorization.
- Enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and classification.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary approvals and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate payment and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, and electronic payments, while adhering to payment terms and schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, resolve payment‐related issues, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Assist in month‐end and year‐end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations related to accounts payable.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations related to accounts payable.
- Any other related task as needed.
