Provides effective and efficient assistance and support and ensures timely delivery of work quality output.
- Encodes itemized Sales on a daily basis and ensures all product codes are recorded on excel monitoring files.
- Encodes itemized Purchases on a daily or as needed.
- Assists in the preparation of Cost of Sales.
- Assists in the Preparation of Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipt and Purchase Order.
- Maintains an organized filing system.
- Assist the Manager on migration of Accounting System from manual to Quick Books.
- Performs other function which will be delegated from time to time.
At least one (1) year work related experience handling basic accounting function;
KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in computer operations; with basic knowledge on various Accounting Software; good communication skills both in oral and written form; familiar on handling basic office equipment and tools; detail – oriented; can work well even under pressure; can relate well with different types of people across the organization; highly organized and able to understand and follow basic accounting rules and procedures.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
