Responsible for the effective and efficient in driving new business for Synetcom Core and strategic products through consultative selling via existing resellers or through direct engagement.
To develop Sales Opportunities for the abovementioned BU products by gathering qualified leads, developing new customers, interface with Synetcom’s strategic Resellers to develop and implement industry segment plans which will exceed the contract value and revenue goals targets.
To lead business planning and account planning initiatives needed to grow the business unit including development of a target list and able to utilize corporate resources to identify and close strategic Reseller relationship as well as supporting Resellers in closing business opportunities.
To develop strategic relationship at the executive level, negotiate contracts and stay current on new business technologies and opportunities.
Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of slaes targets and expense control.
I. PRINCIPAL FUNCTION
1. Establish New Business Unit Operation.
2. Develop Key Accounts in the TELCO, Broadcast and Enterprise Market
3. Develop Sales Opportunities for the assigned BU Products.
4. Send Formal product proposals and RFQ responses and business correspondences for prospective and existing clients.
5. Conduct sales meetings and sales presentations to Resellers and End User clients.
6. Arrange meetings within the account senior and executive management levels for senior management to develop peer relationships within the identified accounts.
1. Prospects and develops new potential customers (Resellers) by qualifying new accounts, and making sales of all Synetcom products.

2. Participates in marketing program planning, development, execution and measurement to ensure that programs succeeds according to plan.
3. Ensures proper implementation of the marketing plan by maximizing sales force measures as the best in relation to industry trends.
4. Follows – up on sales leads and ensure that Synetcom’s information is updated with current and accurate information regarding all leads, contracts, accounts and prospective customers.
5. Perform and oversee Sales Cycle for every opportunity working closely with Channel Sales, Technical Team and Principals.
6. Work with other sales team to cross sell products to other sectors / industry.
7. Takes initiative in getting necessary trainings and certification on vendor products.
8. Assist to follow up payments of and collection from clients.
9. Assist in the delivery schedules of customer’s orders.
10. Control budget and expense within business unit in order to ensure the profitability .
11. Interfaces with strategic vendor sales personnel to coordinate sales and marketing activity.
12. Monitors client satisfaction and elevates issues of dissatisfaction for immediate resolution.
13. Attendance as Synetcom’s representative at exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and reseller events.
14. Submit regular activity reports and funnel to the Chief Operations Officer.
15. Sets own priorities and schedules in sync to meet established company goals and to meet commitments consistently.
16. Help in setting up and reviewing the KPI’s of Channel Account Managers in support to Channel Sales Director.
Performs other functions which will be delegated from time to time.
Graduate of any Business related course
With more than ten (10) years work related experience in a

senior managerial level; with strong entrepreneurial and
leadership skills; ability to handle a wide array of products and
clients; with excellent communication skills both in oral and
written form; with impressive sales track record;
With prior knowledge on the products is advantage; excellent
facilitating and training skills as the incumbent is required to
conduct product knowledge to concerned employees and
partners; With high sense of integrity and commitment;
conscientious and target driven; can work under pressure;
