Accounting/Admin Assistant

Innovuze Solutions, Inc. is growing and we need a new member in our administration team who can assist and attend to the needs of the company’s office management and administrative tasks.
The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • A Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably related to Management or Accountancy
  • Bookkeeping or accounting background is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in using Office Applications such as but not limited to MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets and Google Drive
  • Excellent organizational expertise and capability to develop processes to improve workflow
  • Experience in organizing trainings and events is an advantage
  • Organized, systematic, and keen to details
  • Able to work independently or with a team
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Flexible, willing and quick to learn new tasks
  • Communication skills, good written English
  • Trustworthy and with good moral character
  • Can handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Accepts and comprehends direction well
  • Able to accept feedback and criticisms constructively
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, think/act immediately and independently
  • Able to easily shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • With experience on Inventory/Asset management is a plus
  • Experience on Canvassing and Purchasing or Procurement is a plus
  • Experience in Graphic Design (i.e., Canva), videography and video editing software are an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite with our team at Gateway Tower, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City
