• Prepare billing statements, gather necessary documents for billing, handle collections, record expenses, and update data in Quick Books.
• Maintain employee records, prepare contracts, handle payroll, conduct briefings, manage staff and drivers, and oversee hiring.
• Source items for purchase.
• Manage clients, oversee outsourced vehicles and drivers, coordinate activities, and potentially engage in sales work.
