The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments: Using administrative software to manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Planning meetings and taking minutes: Preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and distributing minutes after meetings.
  • Tracking and execution of tasks: Keep track of pending tasks uncovered during meetings and follow up with task owners within the team until these are completed.
  • Writing and distributing correspondence: Handling emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assisting in report preparation: Helping to compile metrics and data and preparing regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintaining filing systems: Developing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Booking travel arrangements: Coordinating travel plans and accommodations for staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to keep files, schedules and tasks in order.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks such as data entry, correspondence and scheduling.
  • Technology: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and quick to learn other tools used within XSI such as Lark, Hub Spot, etc.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
