Full job description
  • Maintain and organize transaction and contract records with unit owners/tenats.
  • Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, letters) and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Regularly update masterlist and contact information of tenants including their monthly billing records.
  • Send scanned official receipts.
  • Communicate announcements and billing information via print, email, SMS, other communication channels.
  • Coordinate any inquiries or concerns of tenants with the building administrator manager.
  • Document complaints or issues.
  • Process tenant and utility bills
  • Manage construction bonds and refunds (if applicable).
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations and requests.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in any field
● Knowledge in documetation and filing
● 6months-1 year experience in Administrative Staff
● Knowledgeable in Property Management field
● Experience in handling online queries and email messages
