Job Description:
  • Establish maintenance schedules to guarantee that assets are adequately maintained, adhering to safety and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of office equipment, including but not limited to air conditioning units, photocopiers, printers, and pantry equipment.
  • Oversees and tracks the movement of fixed assets, including repairs, transfers, and disposals.
  • Maintains 5S/9S workplace organizational programs and guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
  • Must be literate in Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment and related spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications.
  • With above-average verbal and written communication skills
