The Administrative Assistant under the Business Operations group at Arthaland will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities. The role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently handle a wide range of tasks, from scheduling and correspondence to document management and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the team, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for documents, contracts, and reports related to business operations.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external documents, such as reports, presentations, and memoranda.
- Assist in the coordination of business operations projects, including tracking deliverables, preparing project timelines, and liaising with various departments.
- Support the team in the preparation of budgets, reports, and other project-related documents.
- Ensure that office supplies are well-stocked, order new materials when necessary, and handle vendor relations for office needs.
- Coordinate with the facilities team for the upkeep of office equipment and space.
- Act as the point of contact for internal inquiries and ensure effective communication within the Business Operations group.
- Facilitate internal meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Assist in ensuring that the Business Operations team adheres to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit routine operational reports to leadership and assist in audits as required.
