Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Do you love creating and fine tuning processes? Does working in a startup environment wearing multiple hats excite you? We're seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using ERP System
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in social media and marketing efforts, leveraging your knowledge and interest in the field.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
  • All other tasks instructed by immediate Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, BS in Accounting Technology or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with job scheduling and project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing concepts.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in and bookkeeping principles is preferred.
  • May Travel from time to time (with allowance)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,500.00 - Php16,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Davao City, Davao del Sur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Required)
Willingness to travel:
  • 25% (Preferred)
