Office Location: 6789 Ayala Ave, Makati City
Working hours: 9hrs a day (9AM-6PM)
Workdays: 6 days a week; 4 days off per month
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a 4 year Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field.
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be willing to do field work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. MS Excel).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure.
Can be flexible when working around any unexpected changes of circumstances or workload.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from the Supervisor.
  • In-charge of purchasing supplies for the office and dormitories.
  • Process move-in and move-out papers of the dormitories.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Starting Salary: 18,000/ month + 1,500 monthly allowance + Free Accommodation
