Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic financial proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to various teams within the organization, assisting with administrative tasks, communication, and basic financial duties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Organizational Skills with Fine Attention to Detail:**
- Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize assignments, and maintain meticulous records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all administrative duties.
2. **Good Communication Skills (Both Written and Verbal):**
- Clearly and effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
3. **Basic Financial Skills:**
- Handle expenses, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks accurately.
- Assist with financial reporting and data entry as needed.
4. **Problem-Solving and Research Skills:**
- Identify issues, gather relevant information, and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct research to support decision-making processes.
5. **Flexibility and Adaptability:**
- Take on diverse tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
**Daily Tasks:**
1. Read and respond to emails in a professional and logical manner.
2. Compile information, generate, and update reports using Google Sheets.
3. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Accounts Team, and Project Management Team.
4. Complete forms, organize, and file documents efficiently.
5. Make phone calls and assist with marketing and compliance tasks as required.
**Other Key Tasks:**
- On-the-job training will be provided for additional tasks as needed.
**Systems:**
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) preferred.
**Personality Traits:**
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capacity to follow and document processes accurately.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal assistance.
Work set-up: Full Onsite (for AU client)
Location: Tarlac City
