As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Laticrete Philippines, Inc., a company specializing in tile and stone installation, your responsibilities would likely encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Here are some key responsibilities you might expect:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to Inquiries: Handle phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding product information, orders, and services.
  • Provide Solutions: Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have, offering solutions and guidance as needed.
  • Order Management:
  • Process Orders: Enter and manage customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Track Shipments: Monitor and provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Educate Customers: Provide detailed information about Laticrete’s products, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments and changes in company offerings.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Handle Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products or services in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work with technical support, sales, or logistics teams to resolve complex problems or fulfill specific customer needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Generate Reports: Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics and performance as required.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with Laticrete.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report on customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with Documentation: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments as needed.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service and data handling.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure that customer information is kept confidential and secure.
Given that you’ll be based in Quezon City, understanding the local market and having effective communication skills in both English and Filipino may also be beneficial. Your role will be crucial in representing Laticrete Philippines, Inc. and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company’s products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
