Job Purpose:
The Alliance Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and growing strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry. The role focuses on trade functions, including distribution, market access, and partnership management, while contributing to business development initiatives. The Alliance Manager will work closely with internal teams to optimize trade strategies, ensuring that business relationships are maintained effectively and that market expansion opportunities are supported.
Major Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic alliances with key stakeholders such as distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare organizations to optimize market reach and product distribution.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, supply chain) to design and implement effective trade strategies that ensure seamless product distribution and pricing alignment.
• Collaborate with the business development team to support market expansion initiatives and product launches by providing insights from trade partnerships.
• Identify potential opportunities within existing trade partnerships, contributing to broader growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to initiate trade strategy adjustments and support broader business development objectives.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with trade partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trade partners, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.
• Work closely with internal teams to align trade efforts with overall business goals, ensuring that market access and distribution strategies support long-term growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in alliance management, trade, or distribution within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to optimize trade strategies.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
