- Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care, including preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of ophthalmic instruments and equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries.
- Support the eye specialists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Assist in patient education regarding eye health and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- A degree or certification in allied health or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in ophthalmology or a similar field, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
