The Area Sales Coordinator for Blade Philippines will be responsible for supporting sales operations across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role involves coordinating with store managers, handling inventory and stock levels, overseeing in-store displays, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while fostering positive relationships with both the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support and Coordination
• Assist in achieving sales targets within the assigned area by coordinating with store managers and sales teams.
• Implement sales strategies as directed by the Regional Sales Manager to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, prepare sales reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary contact for all area-level inquiries and coordinate with headquarters for additional support as needed.
• Inventory and Stock Management
• Oversee inventory levels across multiple stores in the designated area, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with logistics to schedule timely replenishments and address any stock issues.
• Conduct regular audits of stock levels, minimizing overstock or stockout situations.
• Merchandising and Display
• Ensure stores within the assigned area follow Blade Philippines’ merchandising guidelines, creating attractive product displays to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct spot checks and work with store managers to maintain an appealing store layout, prioritizing high-demand items.
• Provide guidance on promotional displays and seasonal setups to boost sales.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing any service issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Work with store teams to develop customer loyalty and retention strategies.
• Collect customer feedback and report on customer trends and insights to improve sales tactics.
• Training and Development
• Support the onboarding and training of new sales associates, ensuring they understand product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Conduct regular training sessions for store teams on new product lines, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Monitor staff performance within the area, offering additional support and coaching as needed.
• Market Analysis and Reporting
• Conduct regular assessments of market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales performance, inventory status, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
• Suggest actionable strategies to capitalize on opportunities within the area.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
