Area Sales Manager

- Develop and implement business strategies for the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
- Expand the sales network, including recruiting, managing, training, and guiding sales teams (from Supervisor level and below) while ensuring effective performance management.
- Grow the business by identifying and targeting the right customer groups.
- Manage sales performance, motivate staff to meet sales targets on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Provide post-sales support to customers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve processes, products, and identify potential risks.
- Prepare regular and periodic reports.
- College degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in the POS field at a regional management level (ASM or higher).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent organizational and resource management skills.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and report.
- Honest and straightforward.
- Creative, adaptable, and flexible.
- Experience in selling ORCR sangla loans.
- Compensation: negotiable
