JOB DESCRIPTION:

• User Acquisition (30%):
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage new users across all social media platforms.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
• Collaborate with the headquarters marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with broader acquisition goals.
• Content Creation & Management (60%):
• Design, curate, and manage compelling content that resonates with MFast’s target audience.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar that aligns with the company’s goals, industry trends, and key events.
• Engage with MFast‘s social media community, responding to comments and messages to foster a loyal online following.
• Report on customer insights, blending data with an understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted in-depth interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
• Mini-Event Coordination (10%):
• Plan and execute mini-events such as online contests, and social media collaborations.
• Track and analyze the performance of these events to inform future strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record in a specialist or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
• Experience in driving user acquisition and audience growth on social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building communities and engaging audiences.
