An Offline Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing activities that occur outside of the digital space, such as events, print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and other traditional marketing methods. The role focuses on ensuring that offline marketing strategies align with overall brand objectives and generate tangible results.
Job Description for Offline Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand awareness.
• Coordinate and manage marketing activities such as direct mail, print advertisements, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and manage the budget for offline marketing campaigns.
• Event Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute events such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
• Oversee logistics, vendor management, and event promotions.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure successful event execution and lead generation.
• Brand Promotion:
• Collaborate with brand management and creative teams to develop consistent offline brand messaging.
• Ensure that all offline marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners, etc.) are up-to-date and align with brand guidelines.
• Vendor & Partner Relationships:
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers, event organizers, and media outlets.
• Negotiate contracts, media placements, and partnerships for offline marketing opportunities.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences for offline campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to inform offline marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
